Understand and troubleshoot the drinking water network with a multi-parameter, inline water quality sensor system

The pipe::scan enables utilities to better understand their network, proactively manage issues such as THM formation hotspots and prevent customer complaints before they occur.
In this case study, pipe::scan was deployed in multiple locations in the network whilst micro::stations were used in the water treatment works.
In total, 11 parameters were measured including colour, UV254, DOC, TOC, nitrate, free chlorine, pH, conductivity, turbidity, temperature and pressure utilising many s::can sensors.

When an abnormal change occurs, the s::can event detection system sends an alarm to warn the operators.
